The care provided by the doctors, technicians and front office staff are by far the best I have ever experienced. Dr. Andrea Ster sets the bar high for what a vet should be. Her love and compassion for both the animals and their owners exceeds anything I have ever experienced in veterinary care. We had an Akita with multiple issues and I truly believe with her assistance he lived much longer than anyone had ever expected he would. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

These folks truly love all the little critters that have to come see them. And oddly enough even my anti-social critters like them too. Our cat, aptly named tweek, seemed to trust them as much as he trusts my wife and I. And he doesn't trust ANYBODY! Pricing is reasonable too. As reasonable as a vet can get anyway. Bottom line is that the docs and techs treated both my cats as if they were their own.

Super Friendly Staff over at NRIAH, I have brought my cat, Shadow here for her shots and Have dealt with Jeff and a couple of the Other Doctors they have been fast, professional and the price was just right.

Be prepared to wait an hour or more after your appointment time.... They are nice folks tho

I brought my 8 week old puppy here to get her first shots. I was skeptical at first because it was a small building and kind of remind of a campground bathroom (I don't know why, lol, but it just does. The smell is just a lot of different cleaning products trying to cover some other smell (not that they're trying to, it's just the only way I could describe it)). I walked into the waiting room and was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. There were three other people in the waiting room and two of them were incredibly sweet and talked with me. It wasn't a long wait at all before were called in and the two vets that were waiting instantly melted and was making sure my pup's first visit wasn't a scary one. They gave her a little giraffe toy to play with and tons of treats. Once she was finished with all of her vaccines, we were talking to the vets about how we love to buy her things, but sometimes PetCo/PetSmart can be pricey. They gave us a catalog that they order from and let us have it since they had 2 of the same. They played with her for a little bit while we talked and it was great because they make you feel like you've known them for years. Ontop of the catalog they also gave us a "puppy" packet for free that came with a Merial ID # tag that says "If you found me go to this website" (basically, you go onto the Merial website and set up information under the ID # you received so if someone ever finds your dog, they can log on to the site and match up the ID # to get your info). It also included a packet of Frontline Flea & Tick and a Heartguard chewable. They provided us with so much help and then some!! INCREDIBLE people. They treat you like family. I definitely would recommend them.
