I've been going there for 15 years and spent thousands of dollars (yes, I paid 365 bucks to have my bunny's teeth cleaned). I went there yesterday to have my dog's rear end glands expressed.....a 2 minute job. I had a 1:00 appointent, got there 15 minutes ahead of time......and at 1:15 I hadn't been seen. But the people who came in after me with a dog and a cat (no emergency) got in before me. I get a lot of respect there. I can tell that people aren't going there anymore and for good reason. I am following Dr. Saslaw down to North Kingston These Ferguson people don't care and if they do, call me. I'm Tobie's mom and my login name isn't what shows up here.

Just amazing. Everything was neat and tidy. They were really good with my cat also. Unlike the previous review from someone else, they spent plenty of time with me and my cat to explain different things, and the assistant furthered what the doctor was saying after she left. I'm sure it depends whats going on at the time. There was no wait when I got there, as soon as I was there for the appointment, they took him in. But even if I did have to wait 15 minutes, its just like a regular doctor, you can't expect them to rush right over for you if they're caring for another patient. The other patient is just as important. The prices were extremely reasonable, and they didn't try to make me do an bogus tests like my previous vet did. Very pleased, and my kitty is on the road to recovery. Currently sleeping peacefully right next to me. I will definitely never go to another vet again! Thank you from me and Piggeh!
