If I could give it a 0 or -5 I would. Support staff in this place is so rude, I have never experienced worse level of service. They should either be fired or trained extensively on how to talk to people and how to have manners. They act like they are not paid and doing you a huge favor. I am not going there ever again.

I was a little nervous about bringing my min pin there but over all besides some rudeness on the phone what a wonderful man that doctor was! H and his assistant were incredible!!!! My dog means the world to me and I am bringing her back.

I called yesterday 26 july 2011. One of my dogs has a leg that is in pain. I will start by saying I am CRAZY when it comes to my dogs. I think I would rather feel the pain myself. I called and tried to explain how attatched i am. And won't stand for my kids being treated like livstock. I'm sure they were looking forward to meeting me!!! I have to say they fit me in, right away. The girls in the reception area were very helpful and i was cautiously optomistic. The doctor and vet tech that treated Mufasa, were caring, thoughtful, gentle, and most of all treated Mufasa like the best friend that he is to me.. The Dr. actually LISTENED, even though she was very busy, she took the time to explain everything. I look forward to having my Pal taken care of by her. Charges were also explained thoroughly and are very reasonable! The vet tech needs to be mentioned as well, she truly cared, and looked like she actually enjoyed her job. I will be telling everyone who will listen, what a great exp. Thank You SO much!!! Justin Overdeep Cumberland RI

Very good animal hospital, but the people that answer the phone and the vet techs obviously require some kind of training to be a little more pleasant rather than be rude. The doctors are great and understanding. Maybe they just don't like male customers?? This is not a good way to run a business in tough times! I don't believe I'll be going back there .I've been going to North Smithfield Animal Hospital for over ten years now, and I'm disappointed by the way I'm treated.
