We take both of our Golden Retrievers Max & Buster to the West Greenwich Animal Hospital. Buster had a serious accident several years ago and when the police discovered him they drove out of their way to take him to the West Greenwich animal hospital. I now know why, they successfully got Buster back on his feet and the care they provided is top notch. We've had a issue with Max a boy that has required special procedures and the follow up has been second to none. The hospital calls us the next day and when we are there for a visit they take all the time that is needed to answer all of our questions and concerns. Seriously I love my dogs and want the best care for them. Pet Portal, appointment cards in the mail, email reminders! Excellent care, staff, and treatment! I have been coming here for 11 years and can honestly say that I have the utmost trust and appreciation for each one of the vets here!! They take their time to explain things and let you know that they value you and your pet! It is the cleanest office you will ever find which is what initially drew me in. The staff trully love their jobs and it shows in every interaction that you have with them! These girls are the best and I honestly enjoy going each time as I look forward to seeing them, like today :)

Last week we celebrated Mr. Morimoto’s being with us 2 years so off to WGAH he went for his annual physical. Weighing in at 5 pounds 9 oz, he was a trooper. He was treated like the little king that he has become accustomed to when visiting the animal hospital. Everyone fussed over my little boy, he even got special knocks on the door just to say hello! It was not easy drawing blood from my little ½ pint, but in no time it was done, he got a clean bill of health and we were on our way back home. We can always depend on the wonderful staff for all of our pet needs. Last summer when Gabriella gave birth to her 5 puppies everyone was so helpful with all our questions and concerns of being a new Grandma! I would recommend WGAH to anyone in need of an animal hospital that comes with a whole lot of GREAT experience for both you and your pet!

Today was another nice visit to WGAH. We just picked up a rescue dog and the staff was able to get us in today for the exam. They quickly assessed our dog and explained everything to us. This is the second pet that was treated by WGAH. Our first dog was treated there for 6 years. We have always been pleased with the kind caring service of every staff member at WGAH.
