I believe Aiken Animal Hospital did not correctly identify how sick my cat was. The vet I saw must not have really been paying attention, because, only 2 weeks after that visit, my pet only has days to live. I cannot believe a vet did not notice that he was so sick that he had less than three weeks left. (I found out how ill he actually was from a different vet) **Aiken Animal Hospital also performed procedures without asking or receiving consent both times I went, one was a $135 x-ray!! (vets gotta get paid too) **One of their vets accused me of not telling her that my cat wasn't using the bathroom....EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I BROUGHT HIM IN INITIALLY!!! **They refused to give me the vet's notes regarding my cat when I asked during my final visit....finally after a delay of 3-4 hours they called and said I could have them. Why the delay?? Why refuse to give them to me? **When I spoke to the owner, she called the situation a "learning experience." I guess my cat learned what it was like to suffer with terminal cancer without proper medication to relieve his pain for over two weeks. I think Aiken Animal Hospital learned my bank card was approved every time. ******If you are a pet owner, be careful here. I feel so bad that I trusted this vet office. I feel unbelievably guilty thinking about how my misplaced trust in Aiken Animal Hospital caused my cat, who has been with us since he was a tiny scared kitten, more pain. My job was to look out for him and I failed by trusting this vet. It brings me to tears to write this, I hope he forgives me. I know he'll be waiting for me in kitty heaven, I'll tell him I'm sorry then.

Dr. White and Dr. Brown are so wonderful and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and I trust them.

I have been impressed with the whole staff at Aiken Animal Hospital since I started taking my cats there several months ago. They have always given me honest and accurate care with a respectful attitude toward me and my cats. I could not have found a more kind and considerate Vet or person as Dr White to stand with me when it was time to let go of my cat after 10 years. The rest of the staff was very supportive as well. Whether it be a injury or illness this is a top notch place!

We have been pleased with everything Aiken Animal Hospital has done for our family and our dogs!!!! From yearly vaccinations to surgery they are top notch. We would recommend DR. Brown and the gang to anyone who would ask! Great Job Guys!!!! Stephen, Stephanie, Buster, and Honey
