Dr. Holden is the best vet we have ever had, and this is our 5th dog. He takes the time to observe your pet before rushing in to diagnose. He explains the possible causes and circumstances that might explain what is happening to your pet. He makes sure that you understand what to do when you leave to help your pet get better. His assistant, Miss Holly, is very friendly and helpful as well. We live right behind the vet office, and on the rare occasions my dog escapes from her electric fence, she goes right there for doggy bones. My dog even loves the vet, which is saying something.

Doctor Holden is an excellent vet. He works to make sure you know how best to take care of your pet, so you don't have to see him that often. When you do need to see him, his schedule is very accommodating. He's understanding of whatever budget you might be on as well. Recently we had to put down one of our cats. He helped us exhaust our options before we had to come to the decision, and when it happened he walked us through it very gently. He even sent us a handwritten condolence card afterwards, which was a nice and unexpected surprise. I can't recommend him enough.
