When I moved to Blythewood three years ago I was relieved to know there was an animal hospital so close to my home. Unfortunately, through out the past three years, every single time I try to make an appointment with Companion Animal Hospital, there is not a veterinarian available. I have never tried to seek their help during an emergency, only for routine care- but I have not once been able to get an appointment, and it's not because they are "booked". Also, be aware that although their hours state they are open- the veterinarian likes to leave hours before closing for personal reasons. Very disappointing. Hopefully someone will open an animal hospital in Blythewood that is actually interested in seeing patients.
