I absolutely recommend this vet clinic. They've taken such good care of my kitten during her first 6 months of life. They have talked me through every step of her care and what she needs. After each appointment I feel like I have been given the knowledge and tools needed for her. The staff is very friendly and I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. When I got my kitten spayed here I was nervous about her incision, as I am an over protective owner, I called and they told me to bring her down if I was worried and the vet took a look at her immediately and not only let me know there was nothing wrong but explained to me exactly what I was seeing and why. As someone who is in customer service themselves it is such a relief to feel confident about a business that takes care of our animals

We have been going to Banfield since 2010 and have always been so pleased! Both our pups have had more than their fair share of issues and Banfield's monthly plan has helped keep us out of financial trouble and keep our pups healthy! Our dogs love all of the doctors and nurses and we always feel like family there! Thank you Banfield!!

We recently moved here from Chicago and have come to petsmart for everything. We have a maltese puppy, who is the joy of our lives. He gets all of his grooming done here and he always take puppy classes which are amazing. So we thought why not try out the Banfield hospital? We had an amazing vet in Chicago and since our move we haven't been satisfied with any of the vets here. We will never return to this god awful vet clinic. They took him to the back after he got groomed and did not let us see him until my boyfriend had to ask the people in front for him. They were going to do the exam in the back without knowing what he needed or what the reason we took him there for. When they finally took him out the vet and the vet tech not once introduced or say any thing to greet us. The whole time my puppy was shaking. They did not solve or give us any advice! We have spent so much more at our old vet and we were so happy. I do not care if its cheaper here. My puppy deserves the best treatment as any other pet should. Do not go here. People in front are great but that vet was horrible. Rude too! Find another place.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! This Banfield is the greatest. All of their staff are awesome. We have a Westipoo that got very sick. She was vomitting, had diarrhea and was very lethargic. They ran numerous tests to find out what was going on, always telling us about the cost and making sure we were aware of everything going on. Our dog was dehydrated when I brought her in and since she was unable to keep anything down, she had to go in every day for a week to recieve IV fluids. We got at least 2 calls everyday telling us how she was doing while she was there. The vet tech Kerri is the best. Whenever she had some down time or was doing paper work, she would take my sweet girl out of her kennel and hold her. She really helped to make this tramatic ordeal pleaseant for my dog. To this day, Kerri gets so excited when she see's our Westipoo and loves our new yorkie. A few weeks ago, I noticed this big lump on my Yorkie's shoulder. We got to Banfield at 7:30 and they took us right back. They took a sample and looked at it under the microscope and it turned out that my baby had an infection. They gave us a prescription for an antiobiotic and told us to take it to Publix because it would be free. When we got to Publix, the pharmacist said it wasn't available in the form it was written and that the vet needed to change it to a liquid (I work in a pharmacy and the pharmacist has the authority to change if from a pill to a liquid if the patient is ok with that) Anyways, we had to drive back to Banfied to get it changed. Luckily, the vet was talking with a coworker in the parking lot and she was more that happy to help us. She even waited around 10 minutes while we looked for a pen. I love this Banfield and I recommended it to everyone that I know. We've been coming her since they opened and we will never go anywhere else. They don't just make sure that my dog is healthy, that also make her happy. My dogs don't even mind going to the vet because they know that once they get there, they will see people they know and that love them just as much as we do!
