We have been using Bees Ferry Vet Hospital for over 15 years and simply love them. The medical care they provide is extraordinary and is only surpassed by the love and personal attention they give Tess, our Jack Russell Terrier. We completely trust them to give her the best care possible and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure she stays happy and healthy. We never have to worry about taking her to the Vet because she is always more than eager to visit either for day care, boarding or for a medical appointment. Like Tess, we love and appreciate everyone at BFVH. It goes without saying that we highly recommend them to any pet owner.

I have used Bees Ferry Vet for a few years now, and I have no negative comments! I do not mind waiting until my turn, because I know I am going to get the same attention when it becomes my turn. The doctors and the techs are the best in the business, and I am grateful for all of them. I have had the best service while at the vet and on the telephone. They know me and my love for my four legged pets. My Italian Cane Corso, Juliette, starts wagging her tail the second I turn into their parking lot. I HIGHLY recommend any one to Bees Ferry Vet!!

Had our first visit here yesterday with my new puppy and this is the nicest group of people I've ever met at a vet office. They were all wonderful with my baby girl and they didn't even charge us for the visit because we got our baby from the SPCA, which we totally didn't expect and really shows us they care more about the animals than about money. We look forward to them caring for our puppy throughout her life. Highly recommended!

What a great team of vets! Dr. Lanford and Dr. Saenger are the most compassionate and knowledgeable vets around. I worked for them over 20 years ago as an assistant. I was able to see first-hand how dedicated they are to their patients, clients, and staff. They helped me with my very sick kitten who had a laundry list of problems. Because of their expertise, Zoe lived a much longer and healthier life. I would recommend them to everyone.

I'm new to the area. I don't have a vet yet for my animals. My dog is extremely sick. I have been calling vets all morning trying to find someone with an opening or has the time to take a walk in. Oh Bees Ferry has openings. I should've listened to the warnings from people telling me not to go there. Oh but I didn't even get a chance to go there. I call and try to explain my situation. I had emergencies come up and only have a little cash on me until I can go pick up my check this afternoon after banks have closed. I'm an honest person and try to explain this and ask can i pay what i have today and come back in the morning and pay the rest when my check will be in my acct. Seriously I could have just came in and had her seen THEN told them I don't have a lot of money right now. Stuff happens!!!!! I take really good care of my animals and always have the money to pay "At the time services are rendered"!!!! One Time I have emergencies come up and have to fork out A LOT of money right before she gets sick. I'm not a thief, I'm not going to steal their overpriced services. She basically told me a big fat NOPE! Didn't even care. So I tell her to just cancel my appt then, she's nice enough to offer me and 8:00 pm appt. Like it really makes a lot of since to make my dog suffer for another 11 hours. NOT ONCE did she even ask me why I needed an appt or how sick is my dog. I could barely even hear her on the phone, she sounded like she didn't even want to be there. I understand they can't let everyone just pay when they would like but gosh atleast sound like you freaking care!!!! Or offer some damn advice! Or atleast ask what is wrong with my dog!!!!!! All but one vet hospital I have called today have been rude and offer no advice on where to take her since I just moved here. Thankfully I have a GREAT vet in my hometown who cares enough about animals to work with me about paying for services. And a wonderful husband to drive me so I can console her during the ride. So we will be making a 4 hour trip to see a wonderful vet who will take care of my dog instead of me sitting here waiting on an 8:00 pm appt while she is horribly sick. Maybe if you even cared enough to ask what her symptoms are and why she needs to be seen I would be sitting in your office with her right now. But no one even cared, if you knew how sick she is and her symptoms you wouldn't have told me to wait on an appt 11 hours from now! Get a new receptionist, even if you aren't uncaring, just her tone is enough to turn me off from ever going there!
