When my little cat got very ill very quickly I took her to them. Everyone there from the receptionist to the techs and vets were very caring and helpful. Unfortunately, despite their collective efforts, Guinness died in their care. I had just left from visiting her so I was not there when she passed. She was there only a day and a half. I have been in healthcare for more then 20 years and am extremely impressed by their healthcare expertise (I am sure they could take care of a human in the same amount of distress) and their communication skills. The way they prepared her body so I could say goodbye touched me endlessly. But what made me write this review is that they sent me a condolence card that was signed by the two vets and all the the techs who took care of her. It was not a "canned" letter. Though they are very busy they took the time to reach out to me and express their condolences. I take comfort in that they gave her the best medical care possible.
Fantastic staff and animal care! The only downside is that the only payment plan they offer is still impossible unless you have the money in your bank account. Our visit cost nearly 5000 and we had to come up with roughly half before treatment and remainder before we could take our pet home. If we couldn't find a friend to lend the money we would have had to put our pet down. The care is worth the money...just needs to be easier to pay.
