This place is terrific! We started bringing our pups there last year and were pretty hesitant because we have not had many good experiences with regular vets in Charleston. This place went well above our expectations. Both Dr. Smith and Dr. Klein are knowledgable veterinarians with excellent people skills. Our pups really like both of them and Dr. Klein even took a break from visiting with her family on her way out to lunch and offered to help me carry one pup to the car. Patrick goes out of his way to make sure the pets are comfortable and is terrific at relaying all client concerns to the veterinarians, even minute details. Phyllis is truly a great person. Our pup was nervous at the vet, and when I went to pick him up, I found him happily lying on a little pallet next to her. Despite his limiting the space behind her desk, she wanted to make sure he was well adjusted and not in stress. Very nice of her. She also tracked down our many veterinarians from Georgia and now South Carolina to make sure all the pup's records were in place and the vets reviewed them the next time our pup came in. Despite having a personable and professional staff, the prices are very affordable, the office is clean and they provide free parking for their patients downtown. Plus there are always treats available for pets that need a little encouragement. :) I would without regard, recommend Olde Towne Vet to any pet owner. Thanks Olde Towne!!

We recently moved to Charleston and found Olde Towne through the recommendation of some friends. I was very impressed with Dr Smith and her staff. They were prompt and attentive and very gentel. You can tell these girls really care about animals in the professionalism they exhibit both towards you and the petients. (pet+patient) :) We have definitely found Tuffy (our 8 month old pomeranian
