The vets there were absolutely amazing. Not only did they find a way to get me a last minute appointment, but you could tell how much they really cared. They gave me the best advice that was in the best interest of my dog, even if it meant that I would be bringing him to a different vet to get more advanced care than they could provide. They even continued to ask for a follow up because they genuinely cared about how he was doing. Once my pup is healthy again I will definitely be bringing him back!

The head vet, Dr. Blaes, is amazing. He is funny, personable, kind, and thoroughly informative. He held my furbaby with care and spoke with conviction and devotion. He is by far the BEST vet I have ever seen! My Bansfield experience has been wonderful so far, and I intend to continue my pet's journey with them.

We have been clients here for over 10 years and are VERY PLEASED! Thanks Dr. Blaes!!! WOW! After reading some of these reviews...Some people just have to make it difficult for others! These people making complaints obviously are not regular clients! You can't just make a review by a "walk-in" that's not fair and not right. Also, you can't just up and decide that your cat/dog/other animal who has NEVER had vet treatment is so bad off that you cart them off to the vet when they are about to die. That's irresponsible! It is a living, breathing and feeling creature-and you owe it to them to care for them! Furthermore, yes if they are in bad shape get them there ASAP- BUT PLEASE spay and neuter and vaccinate, and have your pets seen on a regular basis. This saves time, allows the vet to make a history and be able to spot any possible problems early. Early treatment can save a life! It even saves you money! Vet care is an important part of keeping your animals happy and healthy! NOR WILL HE put down a perfectly healthy pet, which is something I am proud to say about Dr. Blaes. So, Some people are just miserable, thus they compain about everything. That Let me get this straight.... We have known Dr. Blaes for over 10 years, and now 4 furbabies- There is no better vet than Dr. Kevin Blaes. I am absolutely sure of that. There is no doubt in my mind that when I need Dr. Blaes, he is there. He will work with you...he will do what is right by you and your pet-he worked with us with hip dysplasia in our large dog-and told us what to expect, and he was right. When the end came he comforted us, and yes-gave us his number as well...and even called to see how we were doing. I can't say that about just anyone. His level of compassion is immesureable. And, yes he did work with us right to the end. He let us know he was there if we needed him. We really do feel that we recieve the best service available. My hubby and I have been going to Dr. Blaes for a little over 10 years now, and we have been so pleased. NEVER have I ever questioned him, or what he suggests. He sees all our furbabies- our previous dog (now an angel) whom he worked with us to make his quality of life the most comfortable as could be, our purrrfectly adorable 10 year old cat, our new Chinese Crested rescue dog & our rat. He is NOT your average vet, and he always goes above and beyond. Dr. Blaes truly cares about his patients and his clients. He exudes everything that a vet should be. We could not ask for more, and I could not be comfortable with my pets lives in anyone elses hands. Way to Go Dr. Blaes!
