We have been taking our dogs to Elam since they where puppies. Dr. Draper is our favorite ! She always explains everything before it is done and is ALWAYS fair ! They have never tried to push us into extra services that where not needed. Dr. Draper even did a a Sunday emergency house call for us. Very Clean facility as well.

This was our first visit to Elam and the staff was very helpful! Everyone was very nice and they let us know what we needed that the other vet had left out. They answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease!

BEWARE. I had both dogs boarded there for 4 nights. I took 2 beds, toys and treats for the dogs. They lost all of it. I have been back twice and also went into the kennel area to look for the supplies. All they said was "sorry". I will not be back.

We take our two dogs (age 5 and age 13) here for overall medical care and for boarding. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Everyone makes us feel comfortable and welcome. They are also open later (7 pm weekdays) and on Sat mornings (until 12 pm) which is perfect for us. Definitely 5 star rating.

We can't say enough about how wonderful Elam Animal Hospital is! When we got our new puppy a couple of months ago, there was no question about where we wanted to take him for medical care. The staff is attentive, personable, honest and truly cares about each animal. Not only have they been wonderful with all of our pets, but the prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. They treat every pet as their own.
