Very impressed. My schedule cleared up and they were able to reschedule me to an earlier appointment. Wait time was very reasonable. Techs & Vet were very comforting/animal friendly to my cats, and very knowledgeable, perhaps more so than my previous vets. They gave me a lot of information that I had not been told before about problems I had asked other vets about, and their price for the basic checkup was reasonable. Seemed very competent. I would recommend them to others and look forward to another good experience when my cat and I have to return in a year. I can't say as to their boarding as that is not something I am comfortable with doing for my animals.

Honestly, the BEST vet practice in the state, if not anywhere. I would never use anyone else and they have cared for two of my animals over the years beautifully and gracefully as we've said hello and goodbye. They are the cleanest and most professional vets office I have ever seen. Dr. Gregg and Dr. Hanche are the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Their front desk staff is courteous and so helpful, the wait time is small if at all, and the vet techs are the kindest to animals and best that I have ever seen. Highly, highly ;recommend them to everyone.

I visited Gregg Animal Hospital today 2/25/14 for an annual check up on my adult dog. The reception staff was friendly and attentive. After a few minutes my dog was weighed and we were shown to a room. The vet tech was nice and examined my dog and said the doctor would be in shortly. While we were waiting for the doctor I heard a male voice in the next room reprimanding someone on the reception staff for not returning a phone call. He was very loud and used several curse words. I was very disturbed and thought this mean and unprofessional. I almost left but the doctor came in. Dr. Hansche saw us and was very nice and we loved him. However at the end of the visit the tech took my dog into the back for his heartworm test and I could hear him whining a little. I could hear the tech asking for help to restrain him and then I heard the same male voice from earlier meanly tell my dog to shut up. The tech brought my dog back into the room and I questioned her about who assisted her. She told me it was Dr. Gregg. I could not believe a doctor was so rude and unprofessional. I was appalled that someone who obviously has such a bad temper was a veterinarian and running a practice. I will not be going there again. A doctor who has no compassion for a scared dog should not have a business. I would not recommend this office to a friend unless they only saw Dr. Hansche but then there is still no guarantee their pet wouldn't come into contact with Dr. Gregg.

We have been using Gregg Animal Hospital for almost 17 years. We were blessed to have our first dog, Jessie, with us for 16 wonderful years. Jessie was a loving and lively bichon and the professional staff at Gregg Animal Hospital took great care of her from the very beginning. Her last days were spent with them and they cared for her and comforted our family through to the very end. We were so thankful for all the staff did for our family to help us through this difficult time. They truly cared about our family and Jessie...and that has made all the difference in the world to us. Several months after Jessie passed, a new little bichon puppy named Abbey joined our family. We are hoping that she will live a long and healthy life like Jessie...and we are grateful that Gregg Animal Hospital will be there to care for her every step of the way!!

Gregg Animal Hospital and their staff are wonderful! I was recommended Dr. Gregg by a good friend when I found my four year old Rottweiler had a lump in his neck. He was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Shortly, there after, my nine year old Rottweiler was diagnosed with a brain tumor. We lost both of our dogs within 4 months of each other. Gregg Animal hospital only knew Rocky and Bruno for a brief period of time, but with the sincere love and compassion that Dr. Gregg and Dr. Hansche, and all of the staff at the hospital showed us, you would have thought they had known them since they were puppies. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
