My daughter brought her corgi in for emergency eye surgery after he was mauled by another dog. Pawmetto gave a realistic prognosis, but they were able to save Toby's eye! So professional- Toby was given a medication regimen that enabled him to heal. The sutures and work they did has healed him looking the same, in every possible way. I was afraid to ask the cost, but it was so reasonable, no unnecessary charges. My daughter said that they wer very kind, and they were expedient.Paws up for Pawmetto!

Horrible My cat was very ill and I had no choice but to take him here and they tried to rip me off by way overcharging. Luckily with vet knowledge I knew they were running test they did not have to. Also, their bedside manner was horrible. They point blank told me my cat was going to die if I didn't do exactly what they wanted (which wasn't true since they were running unnecessary tests even without my permission) there is another 24 hour clinic near Harbison so definitely go there if at all possible

I had to take our cat to Palmetto Regional Emergency hospital last night, a Saturday night around 9pm, because of possible kidney stones. The staff there was terrific. They took him back right away and the vet (Dr Evans) came out after a little while to tell me what was going on with him. He ended up needing surgery to remove 14 kidney stones and stayed 2 days at the hospital. Dr Evans called several times to update us on his condition and to reassure us. It was our first time needing "Emergency" pet care, and I must say despite our worry, the entire experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Palmetto Regional Emergency. They are TERRIFIC!!
