Spring Valley Animal Hospital has taken VERY good care of my dog. From boarding, grooming, health checkups, to shots they have always been prompt & courteous. Lastly when it was "that time" to say goodbye to my sweet girl they were compassionate & I could tell they genuinely seemed to feel a loss in their family as well. When I choose to get another best friend Dr. A & Spring Valley Animal Hospital will be the first ones I see!!

We dropped our dogs off to be boarded over Memorial Day weekend and to have their yearly check ups done. It was TWICE what I have paid for in the past at our Vet where we used to live. They nickle and dimed me to death on all the charges... Absolutely ridiculous. We also had them boarded for this visit, our dogs have been boarded many times before and usually never phases them. When we picked up our dogs they looked very thin and worn and were acting strange. Our pets, though loving, have never been clingy but it took them a few days to be more than four feet away from us. Makes me wonder what happened that they didn't tell me. I also didn't appreciate that it took over an hour to check in our dogs because of the workers slacking and going to Rite Aid for a soda. This Vet should be closed down for the neglect they obviously showed our dogs, the poor customer service, and price gouging.

Spring Valley was wonderful with our new dog! Dr. A was helpful and knowledgeable, there staff always has a smile!
