If you the dog has small issue I guess you are fine they can handle but if you need certificate in order to have an international fly just change facility. They approached my case an unprofessional way: I was there because my parents has the dog come from Italy. The fist visit the doctor told that to just come back that " there is no charge" to fill in the documents. Moreover they going call me back in order to reschedule an other appointment ( it's obvious I have been three times there and I call them always and they never " call me back " : The result : They charge me an other visit for the form that it wasn't properly fill in : the state doctor told that I don't need any document if the dog has the passport. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL SLOW.

We've been taking our dogs there for a year and have been happy with the services offered and the staff/doctors. You can always get an appointment for an emergency (which we've done) but you don't have to wait too long for a regular appointment either. The prices for emergency appointments can be high but they are upfront with their prices for those appointments. The immunizations prices/exams are reasonably priced. I feel that they truly care for my pet's well-being.

Tater has been going here for a couple of years for both boarding and vet care. He's always happy to come & go. Everyone loves on him when he arrives & Tater responds with a wagging tail. To me that says it all.

Worst vet experience I have ever had. I took my dog in to have his leg looked at. After he had TPLO surgery on his left, he began favoring the right. Understanding that the percentage is high for them to tear the other side, I wanted to get it checked out ASAP. I had been to this place for emergency care when I first got my dog and he was attacked by another dog and needed stitches. When I first got into the exam room I was told I might want to step out to roll up my windows due to a creepy man hanging around outside. I asked if it was ok to leave my dog in the room and said I'll be right back. 2 minutes later I came back and the assistant informed me they had to muzzle my dog because he tried to bite her when she went to take his temp. I paused and thought to myself, "wait, you took my dog's temperature when I am not in the room and you JUST met him?" So she took the temp again, this time with the unnecessary muzzle on my gentle dogs mouth and he gave no problem at all. I think anyone with a dog would know to not do something like that when he is already in an environment he sees as threatening. The doctor came in and said "oh, I see we have seen your dog here a long while ago after he was in a dog fight." I stated he was not in a dog fight, that a piece of his ear was bitten off by another dog when at the dog park. He says, "yes, a dog fight. It says here 'came in after being attacked by another dog'." Last I checked, a dog fight is when two dogs go at each other in an aggressive manner. They were already making my dog out to be aggressive, which, as the owner of a "bully breed" dog who, as a co-worker of mine said, "wouldn't even bite a biscuit", is growing more uncomfortable as the visit proceeds. To test his leg to see if he needs x-rays they do a poking and prodding type of test. I'm well aware since, for the first surgery, I visited four different vets from here to PA to get various opinions and get myself more educated with what had to be done. I am informed at this visit that he needs to be sedated due to his anxiety. Of course he is anxious. The assistant went to stick something up his behind without his owner in the room and neither the doctor or assistant made the effort to squat down, love on the dog a bit to get themselves acquainted and get the mutual trust. My final note before I end and allow you to make your own decision whether or not you will take your pet here, is that I was told, after stating I would lay him down and help relax him so as to not need to have him sedated, I was told I was not allowed to touch my dog during various tests and procedures such as this because it allows for a "liability" in case he bites. Wait one second, I'm not allowed to pet or hold my dogs head to assist in keeping him calm during his vet visit? That was it, and I walked out. I just wish to save you the trip, the uneasiness, and frustration that I experienced. Make your own conclusion, but that is my experience.

The first two reviews of Two Notch Road Animal Clinic are incredibly old, and do not properly reflect how amazing this veterinary clinic is. We originally chose this clinic because we were in need of an emergency veterinarian for our eleven-year-old Boxer. We saw Dr. Hardin on that occasion, and he was amazing. He was incredibly sympathetic as he told us that our sweet dog had a hemoglobin level of only six, and was in shock. He sent us home with fluids and medications that prolonged her life by three weeks. We are forever grateful to him. We have also seen Dr. Herbers who is incredibly sweet and knowledgable. With regards to boarding, our Jack Russell has been boarded here on several occasions without any problems. I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone!
