Great people. Great practice. I've had the pleasure of working with the staff and vets of the clinic a couple times when visiting Florence. They are always very courteous and caring and able to squeeze me in. The problems my dogs have been there for haven't been major, but they've been really uncomfortable. Much better to get them resolved before getting them into the car for a daylong trip back home. Thanks to Drs. Chuck and Sylvia and all the staff there!

The staff at Westside Veterinary Clinic are really super. Dr. Chuck and Sylvia Hewitt, Dr. Merita Anderson and Sharon Odom are the best in this area. I had to wait a short time today to buy Heartguard and Sharon was courteous and patient to me and everyone she came in contact with on the phone. It appeared she was the only person working the desk and she handled it so smoothly. Our dogs are blessed to have them as their health caregivers.

I want to thank you for saving a turtle I found on Bo Bo Newsome Hwy. in Hartsville, S.C.. The poor turtle was hit and turned upside down in a huge median. Turtle would have died there. I scooped turtle up in a grocery bag, put her in my car and when got to a parking lot, I observed the turtle. she was scared and very much alive. When I got home, I did a little research. Did not know how to help her but I felt shell could be fixed. If I had let her go with shell broken bacteria would have got into womb and she would have died. Luckily My doctor told me to bring her in and she would let me know weather she could be saved or not. She told me that membranes were intact and she could fix her shell and then they would set the turtle free. Thank you Marita, I'm forever grateful and turtle is too.

Dr. Anderson is awesome. She fixed a problem for my cat that another vet had not been able to. She took the time to read his entire medical record and talked to me about how to look after my elderly cat. And she cuddled him afterward to make up for the treatment. I wish I lived in Florence just to have her for my regular vet.

First got in contact with WVC last week after I adopted my pet and the were helpful from the beginning! They gave us tips on how to raise my puppies. My pup had his first visit today and the staff was friendly and the Dr was super nice and funny. She gave us more tips on how to raise our puppy and the price was very Reasonable. I will be back again!!!!
