When I moved here several years ago, I was concerned because I had been with my former veterinarian in my hometown 'forever'. They knew me, my pets, and I was comfortable. But the folks at Lake Murray Animal Hospital quickly alleviated any of my concerns and I feel as if I have a new home for me and my dog! There is nothing like calling, especially when there is something wrong, and they know you personally. It means the world to me because these are our 'children' and we want the best for them. We don't want a sterile clinic where you receive treatment but are just another number. The staff treats you like family and the veterinarians are caring and knowledgeable. I could not have found a better place to take my 'Chance'. One visit and you will know what I mean!

I have been going to Lake Murray Animal Hospital for a long time. The staff is excellent, compassionate and very professional. Wait time is minimal and the staff will take the needed time with my feline children to assure the best care is given. I love this facility and have recommended my friends and neighbors.

Generally overall I love this vet practice. They are always on time for appointments, they do not make you wait long if at all once in the room. They are professional and personal. They care about your pets as if they were their own. I have one extraordinary experience I would like to write about. One September morning I awoke to find my black lab, Tex, lying at my porch door bleeding and stumbling. I scooped her up and rushed her over to the office as they were about 30 mins from opening. Sara one of the Technicians was the first to arrive and saw me crying in my car in the parking lot she stopped to see what was wrong. I told her the story through sobs and tears and she promptly went into action. The office was still not even open yet but she unlocked the doors, got us inside and immediately got to assessing the situation. They were very professional and compassionate throughout the several visits we made that week. They even kept Tex overnight one of the nights when I had to work midnight shift and would not be able to keep an eye on her during this crucial recovery time. About a month later Tex ended up needing an amputation due to her injuries and they handled that in the same excellent manner. I love all the staff and Doctors at this practice. All three of my dogs get care from them and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Very pleased with the staff at Lake Murray Animal Hospital. They really pay attention to the needs of my pet . My pet seems very comfortable with them. Thanks to the staff.
