I am new to the area and I was looking for a new vet for my dog. I just moved back home so I'm tight on funds right now. The girl who orignially answered my phone call was very nice and was very helpful. I was calling to discuss payment plans and see if they offered them and when the first girl put me on hold another woman named Angie picked up the phone and was VERY rude. She was snappy and acted irritated because I was asking about payment plans. I'm sorry but if THAT'S how you treat your prospective customers I can't even imagine how you would treat my dog. I will make sure that EVERYONE I come into contact with knows exactly where not to take their pet. By far one of the rudest women ever.
