Me and my husband are very unhappy with this office. The wait even for scheduled appointment's has always been 30 minutes +. Even after they take your pet back after weighing, the wait will continue in the exam room. The walk in option is a good idea, but with so many other clients taking advantage of that, the chances of being seen before the office closes for the afternoon are slim. The front staff is nice, but they are always so slow and behind schedule and they often seem disorganized. We also dislike how they track vaccinations. The vets and techs have been kind to our animals, but due to these reasons we have decided to change veterinarian's.

Dr Patch and his staff are by far THE VERY BEST when it comes to caring for your pets. I recommend Dr. Patch to anyone I know who has a vet already or who may be seeking a vet. He SAVED my beloved "Calvin" from being euthanized due to a mis-diagnosis from the local Emergency Hospital....Calvin lived 6 more years after meeting Dr, Patch and passed as an "old man" at the age of 21. His prices are affordable and the quality of care you receive at Spartan County is outstanding and you always get your money's worth!

I recommend this clinic and its staff. Dr Patch is the most unbelievable, caring, spiritual, professional, high standards and ethical veterinarian I have ever met. He has cared for my pets since I moved from Florida in 2006. The fees are so affordable. One time I took one of my dogs to a clinic. He had a small tumor in one of his eyes. The clinic that I am not going to name, asked me for 800 plus for the intervention. However, if I would increased my plan to silver, the fees would be 300 and plus. Dr Patch told me the whole procedure was going to be 90$ more less. At the end the intervention was not necessary. So I would never take my dogs to any place but there. Dr Brunnette and dr Irving are great too. The staff just wonderful.
