Rocky and I moved here about 2 years ago from Rhode Island. Rocky is my 3 year old Husky and my best friend. I am so grateful for the staff and doctors at hanahan vet. We are especially grateful for all the help and care they have given my furry bff. Keep up the good job!

These guys are fine for regular check ups but not more. They "hospitalized" my dog for kidney problems. No one stays over night so when the iv gets pinched no meds go in. This went on for three days then they released Lucy with fluids to be injected "every couple of days" we did that and called a few days later to see if we should have more blood work done. Thay said wait a week. Lucy continued to decline so we went to Charleston Veterinary Referal Center for a 2nd opinion. They say the previous treatment was ineffectiv and cant get Hanahan to send all the records for what was done there. Hmmmmm wonder why?

My wife and I moved to Hanahan in 2008 with 3 old cats and two old dogs. We found Hanahan Vet through a recommendation and were immediately impressed by their caring and professional doctors and staff. During the past 6 years we have called upon them many times for all our pets' health needs. They have provided us and our animals with the best of care from routine checkups to compassionate end-of-life care for our beloved pets. We still have one old cat with chronic ailments who still has a great quality of life due to Hanahan Vet's excellent care and a spoiled rescue pup who continues in the same tradition.

I have been bringing my dog to Hanahan Vet for years and have never been to a clinic with friendlier people. They truly care about each and every pet and owner that comes there.

I've taken my pups to Hanahan Vet for the 9 years that I've lived in the area and there's nothing better than walking in the door and being greeted by someone who immediately knows my name and knows my dogs. Drs. Gerbec, Klugman, and Baker are very qualified and I completely trust their medical opinions. Whether it's Daisy or Cooper's yearly visit or when I had to suddenly put down one of my other dogs, they are always professional, compassionate and caring. I wouldn't use another vet in Charleston.
