They will refuse to release your pet and threaten to euthanize it if you don't pay your bill in full RIGHT NOW.
If they want your dogs to have medicine, like heart worm medicine, they force you to buy it from them. They don't even stock the generics... Apparently, all they care about is money as they will not let you use other pharmacies such as petmeds. Please stay away from this place. Oh, and when I called to ask why, they said the doctor didn't do that. I asked to speak with him, he was not there. I called around 9:00 28 October 2010.
I love Hartsville Animal Hospital! They are so friendly and the vets are very kind to my children = )
