Dr. Hennessey is one of those rare Docs that takes the time to explain and is personable. I could tell he really adored dogs, and was not just another efficient yet tired vet. My dog actually liked him after 2 shots, and that's a first for her with any vet and any treatment. Just a nice guy all-around: professional and excellent treatment. I've found the staff to be either super-friendly and greatly accommodating, or just very proficient with maybe not great social skills. But you can't have it all. This place has offered the best from my experience. Very, very good, and am happy to have found it first without having to sift through a bunch of other less-than vets. I disagree with the "nickel and dime" review. One visit was 15.00 and was very inexpensive for the treatment my girl received, while another was considerably more. Nothing was pushed on me, and all helped my girl to a speedy recovery. You pay for what you get. If you want good folks who know and care about what they're doing, go to Plantation. If you want cheap service, go to a Banfield.
