I found out the day before taking my rescue cat to a kennel while I was on my honeymoon that she had never gotten a rabies shot. But Well Pets made her an appointment an hour later and did a great job with her! They clearly know what they're doing and love the animals that they care for. They made my Reesie so comfortable that she didn't even flinch when they gave her the shot! In fact, she was purring right afterwards! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the waiting room was full of fun toys for the animals. They also didn't charge an arm and a leg like some vets! I had a great experience and will continue taking my cat there when I'm in town.

I'm not sure about the other reviewers but we have had nothing but exceptional service. Extremely affordable and they have an awesome staff. Took our 8 year old Boston Terrier there last night for emergency care and of course I was expecting a big bill. It turns out their emergency hours are only slightly higher than normal visits. Normal = $39 and emergency = $59 Don't listen to the bad reviews. I'm sure they have had a bad receptionist at one time but my wife and I have been taking our pets there since they first opened and they are awesome!!!!!

I have used their day practice as well as their after hours urgent care, and my animals have been expertly cared for, the pricing is reasonable, and the staff is attentive. When it comes to after hours emergency care, I've taken my animals to other emergency clinics and have had to wait long hours before getting answers, treatment, and results. At Well Pets, my injured cat was treated and cared for in a timely manner and is thriving now. I can't recommend them highly enough. Edited to add: When you go to a vet, they are bringing their expertise, education, skills, services, facility, and equipment to the service of your pet. They usually have support staff and overhead costs. These things were not free or even cheap for them to invest in, and thus the care for your companion will not be free or cheap. You should expect when taking on a companion animal that you will have to pay a certain amount towards veterinary costs over the course of their lifetime. That being said, the pricing at Well Pets is reasonable and affordable, especially compared to other veterinarians I've taken my animals to in the past.
