I've taken my pets to McPhail Animal Hospital for 16 years, and can't imagine taking them anywhere else. The same people have been on staff for a long time, and that says a lot about both them as employees, and the vets! I have never had a negative experience - from years of my Cocker's Spaniel's health problems through making the very painful decision to have her euthanized. Now we are receiving the same quality care for our sweet mutt. It's so nice to call somewhere and know who you are speaking with, and know that they know you. I'd change my own doctor before I'd ever change our vet.

I want to thank the staff for taking such great care of our Chihuahua! We brought Pookie in on Sat. bc his back legs were paralyzed (slipped disc)! This totally broke my heart! Surgery would cost several thousand dollars & I was honest with the doc (my first visit here) & I let him know upfront I did not have the money. He was willing to try something else but nothing was guaranteed. My 7 year old, Carlye & I left the office in tears praying for a miracle! Later, I found Carlye on her knees in front of his crate praying! Monday, I went to visit & he was starting to improve. Tuesdays visit, he was walking (with help) but very wobbly. Wednesday I called to check on him &he was trying to run! Before this happened he was a very hyper 2 y/o, and I was very excited about his progress. I couldn't wait to bring him home. Today I went to pick him up & I was very worried about how I was going to pay Dr. McPhail. I prayed and prayed about this! I knew that I was honest about the finances available for the surgery, but I never would've imagined what came next! As I'm holding my precious Pookie, Dr. McPhail looks at me & says, " you know it's Christmas right" I said "yes sir", he says, " Merry Christmas, there is no charge for our services"!!! Words can not express how blessed I feel right now! This was truly a blessing for our family! I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart & I truly believe He helped steer me in your direction on Saturday! Thanks again and God bless!
