I have a very large Lab they take time check him thoroughly during his exams. I also feel the Drs there really care. I have received calls after Baloo has had to be treated just to make sure he is doing ok. My medical drs don't call to check on me after a visit. They are #1 in my book.

I am sorry to read that some customers/patients have had such a long wait. My family has been going to Lakeside for 3 years now seeing Dr. Strong, and not once have we had to wait more than 15 minutes, even when I had to come in for an emergency. The staff has always been more than friendly and accommodating, and very calm with my animals. I've found the prices to be more than fair, you get compassionate and knowledgeable employees, and Doctors who seem to be very happy to see you and your pets, well, maybe mostly the pets :) Overall, I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who is after above par care for their animals.

There is no other place on earth I would trust my pets to. Very professional customer care and the doctors are amazing. The best of the best here.

The staff at the animal hospital is very rude. Not only will you wait at least an hour for your pet's appointment, they will also treat you with disrespect. They send out mailings that convey their messages in a very condescending tone. I have taken my pets there for the past two years, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this poor customer service has been consistent. Even worse than the veternary clinic is the boarding facility. I left my dogs with them and when I picked them up two days later, they were bleeding and acted as though they has not been out to use the restroom all day. I would not reccomend Lakeside Animal Hospital to anyone! They are by far the worst place you could take your pet.

I,am the mother of MISTY EDINGTON,MY CHILD. I,lost her this sept 11th,2011.This hospital took the best care ever of her ever. They have been there through the bad and good. Her vet ms. strong even sent me a card.Misty is now in my living room.She was cremated. Tomorrow i,am getting a rescued male dog,named almond joy,nick name aj.Can't wait to love another wonderful animal.I,am going back to them to take care of aj. Now they even let me do some payments,these people have a heart,go see them,you won't regret it. MELODY EDINGTON..
