I can not sing high enough praises for Animal Emergency Hospital. After my dog started throwing up, refusing her food, and had a lot of blood in her stool, I took her here. When they told me I would have to leave her over night, I was initially against it and very concerned. They eased my worry by showing me where my dog would be sleeping and assured me it was best for her. They didn't mind my phone calls every time I called to check up on her and after two nights here, she made a complete 180. I'm very thankful for Dr. Hernandez and her staff. Yes, the prices are high but they aren't any different than any other emergency care center.

this was on thanksgiving day all they saw was the sports car i was driving so they thought they were gonna get a big pay check very bad these people held my pet long enough for him to die because all the wanted was pretty much money up front to do any thing for my pet he died in my arms after i got them to release him i will probably have sue these people to get the money back they charged to kill my pet donot take your pet there all they wanted was money upfront would not give me accurate cost of services keep my pet 4 hours did not do nothing but kill him so all said and i could say alot more but donot take your pet there would not let me see my pet while he was there for all i know they could have given him something to make him die i hope these people go to church because unscrupulos business practices like these are a one way ticket to hell i donot see how thse people sleep at night

They did an excellent job taking care of my Angel! Dr. Hooker and his entire team were patient, and also gave me extra help. My baby left looking better than I have seen in a very long time, and they treated her as if she were a member of their own family. I am so thankful for everything everyone did for my baby, and I cannot praise them enough! I would recommend them for anything to anyone who needed emergency service for their pets!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS "hospital". My Chihuahua was hit by a car. It was 8pm, and my regular vet was closed. I was frantic, and took him to the closest open clinic. The "vet" was cold, rude, and uncaring. Before she even touched my dog, I was presented with a $600 estimate for care. When I asked if there were any options for payment, I was told that if I loved my dog, I would do anything for him. I DO love my dog, but an unexpected $600 throws me for a bit of a financial loop, I told her. She then suggested that I must want to put him down. After some negotiation....as my puppy suffered in some unfamiliar place, we came to a treatment plan of $222, where i would have to administer all meds, and he would come home with me. This lady pulled me and my 7 year old son into a room to briefly instruct us on when to give the meds. (Her instructions were so vague that I googled the administration of the drugs.) The so called vet ended our conversation with, ' He may have a seizure and die tonight. have a good night". My child then began to cry, as she walked out the room and slammed the door. This experience was beyond bad.........it was traumatic!!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER. MY DOG WAS FOAMING AT THE MOUTH AND DEFACATING EVERYWHERE, RUNNING IN CIRCLES AND GOING CRAZY. THE "VET" MS. HERNANDAZ SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY DOG. ANY PERSON IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD KNOW THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG. THE VET TECH EVEN SAID THAT'S NOT NORMAL. MS HERNANDAZ WAS SO RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULDN'T EVEN CONSIDER HER A VET. SHE WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM WHEN MY DOG WAS FOAMING AT THE MOUTH AND SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HIM. PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR ANIMAL DO NOT GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THEY ARE UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
