I called to get the email address to send a few questions to about the costs of teeth cleaning for my dog. I prefer email so that I can read and inquire further if needed (real time communication is not very efficient when you are a busy person). I like to have the information I need to make an informed decision and this is the best way for me to accomplish this task! I was told that "it wasn't currently working". Really? it is 2014 and your email "isn't working". Come on...get with the program. Get a domain and forward your catchall email address to whatever account IS working...I will trade teeth cleaning for setting that up...not! Grrrrr...
