After being turned away by the vet who normally sees my animals because they did not have an open appointment I came to this clinic with my cat who had been missing for 10 days and finally returned home with a large infected dog bite on his back. After enquiring, the staff of the vet I normally use gave me the name of this clinic but told me to find the number on the internet. By contrast, once I called this clinic, the staff was not only helpful but compassionate about my predicament and that of my cat's. He was seen immediately and treated, and is now resting at home. Prompt service, but on the two occasions we went, the staff seem very quick to recommend euthanization. It was not called for in either case, one pet made a full recovery from a condition they recommended euthanization for. The other pet lived comfortably for another 6 months being treated by a different veterinarian (who advised against euthanization).
