We've been with Ebenezer for many years. We have found the service to be top notch and the doctors and staff to have a genuine love of animals. Plus, they are on top of the latest medical developments in animal care.

We were highly impressed with the people at the front desk. They were very helpful and nice; but our whole experience was completely ruined by Dr Lawrence. He was incredibly rude and made us feel guilty for small crazy things like because our german shepherd was an outside dog. we have a four month old daughter anyone who knows german shepherd's know that when gsd are young they are incredibly hyper. The vet is amazing and we are still going to go back and just use a different dr. Do not use Dr Lawrence unless you want to be made to feel like you are a terrible pet owner. Our german shepherd is in perfect health other than a small ear infection because she was having fun sticking her head under water. Everyone is amazing except Dr Lawrence.

My cat was suffering an allergic reaction to a Hartz product. Even though the vet had no appointments left for the evening, they recognized the emergency and worked her in. They then examined her, kept her for two hours to watch her, and gave her a calming medication. When I came back to pick her up, the vet was very friendly and informative as to the procedures used and also how I should care for her when I took her home. The bill was very reasonable, and all of the staff members that I met were professional and caring.
