My furry family members have received the absolute best care from Dr. Dorsam and his staff. I would highly recommend Flowertown Veterinarian Clinic to anyone looking for a warm, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. It is evident in the way that Dr. Dorsam and his staff treat our furry friends that they truly love animals. I would not trust the care and health of my pets to any other Vet. Hands down Dr. Dorsam and his staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

The staff here has been very friendly and understanding when it comes to my 67 pound "puppy". They understood his nervousness and skiddishness and by the time we left he wanted to stay and cuddle with everyone. I have never felt as confident in a veterinarian as I did when I left today. To put it simply, the staff here worked to figure out why my dogs problems were happening, rather than to just put a bandaid over it. Thank you so much!

I took my 6 month old puppy here for the first time today because she'd been vomiting off and on over the past two weeks and had bumps on her sides and under belly. I called as soon as they opened and was in an hour later. They were running about 15 minutes late, but the two women at the front desk were so nice and talked with me about my puppy problems and answered questions I had; they were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. And all of the staff came up to meet my puppy, which she absolutely loves meeting new people. Going into the private exam room, I did not have to wait long for the doctor. She was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. She was very sweet with my dog and answered all of my questions and gave me a remedy. In addition, my puppy had been spayed more than two months ago and the vet that removed the stitches left an inner stitch hanging out of her skin and told me it would dissolve... two months later it was still there, but this doctor clipped it off immediately without me saying anything. I was very appreciative. I had a great overall visit. Everyone was great, especially with my hyperactive dog jumping up on them.

Hello, My wife experienced the most un-professional consultation today when coming to make a hard long made decision to euthanize our diabetic cat. The doctor berated my crying wife who was already emotional at facing the loss of a dear family pet who has graced our family for over 10 years. The doctor used profanity and condescendingly accused my wife of having no conscience, to include the unnecessary use of profanity. We will not be a future patron of this establishment and recommend no one else use this vet either.
