We needed to be seen the day after Christmas for an emergency. WE don't live here and are not regular clients. But regardless, the staff was great, and the doctor was caring and helpful.

The first time I took my puppy here, I had just moved from out of state where she had been spayed before the move. Now, she needed her stitches out. The staff here had me wait in the lobby while they took her back by herself, which I did not like and had never done before... normally they invite the owner back. And they ended up bringing me back later anyway. She had had two outer stitches, which was not normal and it looked like they had missed one. I kept asking if they had gotten them both and they said yes. I went home and she had a black stitch hanging out still. I took her back the next day and again they took her back by herself. They brought her back and said that it was an inside stitch that would dissolve away. Well, two months passed and it was still there, turning her skin black. I more recently took her to another vet for a normal exam and they saw the stitch without me saying anything and clipped it off immediately, saying it shouldn't be there. I was so annoyed! I do not recommend this place to anyone.
