The staff is AWESOME! We recently took our dog in to be neutered and we are very impressed with the service that we receiving. After the surgery they even called us to let us know that Tom Tom was doing just fine. I would recommend anyone to take their loved ones to see them!!

Today I had a second opinion taken of our kittens paw. He was misdiagnosed at another vet and had to undergo surgery. He had to have one of his digits amputated due to a serious twist of a claw. The claw had twisted and it was stuck in the pad of another digit. I called and told how the other vet in the walterboro area had treated us and didn't listen to what I had to say. Old Trolley was fantastic. They were able to work me in on short notice, and were very helpful in listening to me and answering ALL of my many many questions. They treated my baby well, and saved his little paw. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family members. Give them a chance to pull through for you and don't believe the other reviews. Their building may not be the nicest but the examination room was very clean and sterile, and the veterinarian who examined our Mini was wonderful. Thanks to the whole staff!!!

I will always go back! My dog was having some serious tummy issues that were scaring me pretty bad. I called for an appointment and they got me right in. The staff was wonderful, they were very patient with him and they all seems genuinely concerned for him and his comfort (mine also) I did not feel rushed or set aside one single time, they took the extra time to explain to me what was going on with my boy and the treatment options I had. The price was great and so was my overall experience. I left happy and more relaxed than I was going in, my wallet was happy and more importantly my dog was happy and is back on track to getting better! They were great from the frantic phone call I made trying to get an appointment to the time I walked out the door.

The office staff is not great, sometimes they are friendly and other times moody and snide. Dr Lawson is okay but lacks warmth, often I feel a bit like he has seen it all and is weary from it. Dr. Strong is very good but unfortunately no longer at the practice. The atmosphere also leaves something to be desired, it is rather depressing-

We have all our animals seen here and they are wonderful with all of them! Our dogs all love Dr Lawson and Dr Stewart and their spay/ neutering s have all gone swimmingly and healed beautifully! Any time I have questions they are right there for me and they are very straightforward and honest with pricing and options. I am so glad to have such a fantastic office so close to our home.
