I must say that my experience was entirely different from the other reviews. I had a very good experience at Banfield Pet Hospital! Having just got my first dog, this is the first vet I've been to, but I was very impressed at the kindness and care shown me and my wonderful dog Kryta. The nurse was so good and nice with him and the doctor was also. I felt like they really cared about my dog. I'll definitely be coming back for any future checkups or concerns.

I brought my pet in the other day and one of the nurses was so unprofessional I almost just walked out. This place is awful! Do not recommend. Also, all they want is your money! Not to help your pet!

I used to be a veterinary technician and I used to work at a different location of Banfield in TN. I recently moved near here and decided to use them for my needs because all of my animals' records are there. I went there simply to buy heart worm prevention and the receptionist had no idea what that was! Also they have a lack of products at this Banfield due to the current owner (like heart worm prevention and flea prevention). The people here are not friendly, and they just hire people without experience to assist with the doctor, why hire someone if they don't even know what heart worm prevention is! Banfield is usually a wonderful place to go, so I recommend the one on Morrell Rd in Knoxville, trust me, it is worth the extra driving when you are putting your animals needs in someone else's hands.

Are you kidding me? I've come here for 3 years and they have had FIVE different doctors, and 3 complete staff turnovers. Don't go here. This place is a WASTE of money.
