My Baby Friday is now 9 years old and he was been going to PetMed since he was born. They give excellent care and treat your baby the way you would. They offer full service and really care about your pet. Nancy has been Friday's groomer from day one and she is just simply awesome. She know your pet and take pride in her grooming of your pet and Friday loves her! Thanks PetMed Staff for Caring!

We have been PetMed clients for 5+ years. We are extremely pleased with their customer service, compassion and professional conduct. It is very comforting to us when we board our precious Fur Baby that Dr. Merrow is nearby if anything were to arise. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty from the office visit to boarding. All of the Doctors on staff are wonderful to us. Dr. Moore has been great as well!! Our groomer (Nancy) always does a fabulous job! All of the staff from the front desk, techs and kennel are wonderful! PetMed is the only animal hospital we have ever taken our Fur baby to. My family of three dogs have been a long term customer. PetMed treated the geriatric issues of arthritis among other issues to give Rusty and Dusty a quality of life throughout their 17 years. They aided the peaceful and pain free departure and gave me peace of mind and closure through my two little urns. My dog Snooters now 8 is treated for Cavalier King Charles Genetic issues and routine dental cleaning and management. She is comfortable with her visits to the doctors primarily Dr. Coles and Dr. Marrow. The care my pet family receives is better than the care I get on the human plane.. Could not be more pleased.

Very impressed with this clinic. I liked how thorough everything was, from getting my dog's background to explaining the situation to me. I would recommend! They were super friendly and understanding when I lost my dog just 4 days after moving to Nashville, therefore I made a point to use them when she needed a doctor. More impressed with this clinic than the one in my small hometown.

I have been with this office for 8+yrs. Never, not ever, have I encountered Vets like the ones who work here. They care not only about your pet/s but are so caring about the owners as well. My specific vet Dr. Girone has been a Godsend more times than I could count. The office staff is polite, professional and are pleasant as well as considerate of both the owners and their pets. I took one of my strays to another vet mentioned and he had nothing but problems following our visit there. Every other one of my cats who were Declawed at PetMed were doing great after a few days, this cat took approximatley 6-8wks to recover and I have stayed with PetMed ever since and never looked back. I was short on cash when I went to the other vet and when I had to take my cat in to PetMed my Dr. told me he would have worked with me and I felt bad my cat ended up suffering for weeks/months. This may be a business but they make you feel like you matter and their care is very personalized. My doctor ALWAYS takes the least expensive route in making his diagnosis and doesn't EVER give costly/unnecessary tests which happened at another Vet's office almost costing me my Tubby. When Tubby did pass the entire staff at PetMed sent their condolences and my doctor stayed in the room with me until I was able to stop bawling. I love these people and trust my best friends (my cats) lives to them and wouldn't consider doing it any other way or anywhere else. I love you PetMed! Momma of 15 Rescues
