Baby Kitty and I love value vet! The facility is impressive as are the staff and Dr.s. The Dr.s listen to my concerns, examined BK and give me a detailed explaination of what they were seeing, my treatment options and related costs without making me feel like a bad pet parent. They followed up with emails and phone calls. 5 Stars for Value Vet!
Don't waste your time and money. They charge for everything "a la carte", so you end up spending more. Not pet friendly. Save yourself the trouble, and go to a REAL vet.
