I have brought all of my animals to the Banfield in SC, for years, I moved to TN about 3 years ago and when I got a puppy I brought her here.... We have had SO many issues. Mis-diagnosis EVERY time, making her problems worse. They have given me medication for her before, without even diagnosing or seeing her and didn't even bother to ask what was going on, just wanted their money... I feel like since my puppy has been mis diagnosed, that I should not have to continuously pay for the condition they essentially created. They just don't care. They want you in, want your money, and then want you gone. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hospital unless you want to waste your money. I am on a wellness plan unfortunately and can not opt out of it so I am still paying monthly but taking my animals else where. They charged me almost $200 for a Urinary Analysis and when I switched vets, because banfield made my dogs issue worse, it is only $30, and they have better doctors, and medications. I am very angry! Like I said, I have used them for years, but now I will never go back. Such a scam.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this hospital. Its fine for basic shots for animals but if you need real diagnostics I would strongly suggest you find another vet.

I've taken my cat here for years and never been satisfied. Every time she's been sick, they've done nothing but make her worse. They run a bunch of expensive tests, only to find that they still don't know anything. I bought the care plan because I thought it would help with the cost but it really doesn't cover anything! DO NOT BUY IT. It's a total scam. I finally took my cat to Animal House and not only were they're prices more reasonable but they figured out how to help my cat immediately. I'm never going back to Banfield.

Not a great place. Had a salesmen instead of a vet. Did not know anything about my breed of dog and charged $60 for a health Certiifcate. 60 is really steep considering all the other vets in the are charge 18-22 bucks (I phoned around afterwards). PLus of course all other fees. Then they were trying to up sell me membership programs!! It was crazy. Think I will stay away from banfield.

I have taken my two cats here their entire lives and have had nothing but great experiences. Love the Vets and the staff. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.
