I showed up on their doorstep at closing time with my dying dog. They did not know me or my dog. They were the kindest and most compassionate group of professionals I have come across. I cannot thank them enough for giving us the time, attention and support we needed. They clearly love animals. I highly recommend this veterinarian group.

Our family has been taking our canine children to ACE for 18 years. Dr. Craven & Dr. Ashley are the main ones we've had treating our beloved dogs, but we had occasions to see others and were pleased with each one. We feel the staff, front desk, techs, as well as all drs. are all professional and kind and caring people. They really care about the health and well being of our pets, and ask about us as well. We've also had our dogs groomed at this facility and are always pleased with the results and the pampering our babies receive (and we have big dogs, not small in any way). Also, I don't hesitate to use the boarding services.

I took my service dog to this location for cremation, and the name on her urn came back misspelled. As I didn't want to pay for a service I didn't receive correctly until the mistake had been corrected I asked for a refund until they corrected their error. I was assured by 3 office people (I kept getting transferred) that it could be done but I had to wait 24 hours in order for this to take place. I then called back in their time frame and the Office manager Morris got on the phone and told me that he was refusing my request and then called me a liar. I was then berated by him and told that I could pick up my dogs remains the next morning that they would have the issue corrected. I never received a call back except to accuse me of having someone call them and to threaten to file harassment charges against me with the police when in fact this NEVER happened. I called at 1pm and was told that my dog wasn't in and wouldn't be in until 4pm, at 5 I called back and was told "Oh we were just about to call you". I asked for all of the medical records for my two cats and was given a printout of bills that had been paid, I then had to call for the records and was told that the request had to be approved by the vet. I am disgusted with them and as my dog was a service animal this only tarnished the dignity she had. I will never take any animal back there and would be careful if you do. Their vets might be ok but their Office Manager is a mean spirited man who gets jollys from harassing people who just lost a dog of 14 years, and their front office doesn't seem to know what they are doing.

I am new to area, and received a great referral from a neighbor about ACE. The clinic was a wow factor. I saw Dr. Leonard, she was great and very thourough. It was unfortunate that my dog was very sick and need some surgery. Having just moved money was a problem. Dr. Leonard was very kind and told me we should deal with the clinic manager Maurice Alvarez. He came into the room with us created a estimate based on the doctors recommendatons, went over all options, testing and surgery cost. He did explain that they did not offer in house billing explain why, and did all he could to get us some third party financing. He went above and beyond. He was very helpful. Overall a great experience. Thanks to all of you at ACE. You have a new loyal client.
