Outstanding. The facility and staff here all have a great energy. Our usually-anxious and touchy dog was very calm here. They all treated him with respect and gentleness, and by the end of the visit he was as calm as I've ever seen him, almost could've been fooled into thinking he enjoyed it. Also, the staff here is no pressure when it comes to vaccines and other treatments. Very knowledgeable, very informative, and they are all about education and catering to your needs/wants. Highly recommended, could not be happier with how well they handled our usually nervous pup. Two paws up.

This place is incredible! I am so happy I finally found a great vet! I moved to TN a couple years ago and have had a very difficult time finding a vet. My cat is now old and suffering from CKD and truly needs a vet who's competent and cares. It is so scary to have a sick pet and not know who to turn to. CHAI has a great atmosphere and has totally improved the quality of life for my cat. I am so thankful!

Absolutely love the experience here and both the doctor and the staff are fabulous. I have looked for a healthier way to treat my animals for years and this is it! I know that Dr Smiths acupuncture allowed my lab a more pain free life as she became elderly and had hip issues. Highly recommend this clinic.
