I've taken my cats here for many years. It is a small, family-owned practice, so in some ways it cannot complete with larger centers such as Animal Clinic East--and I wouldn't expect it to. What I like is that, being smaller, the staff all know us and our cats. There is a more intimate, family-oriented feel to this office. And MUCH more affordable than some others--you are not charged for an office visit when you bring your pets in for their routine vaccinations, the shots and other medications are generally less expensive....and they don't nickel-and-dime you to death with other fees, either. I do hate it that Dr. Harlow moved away--I wish he'd come back--but we have no complaints about this veterinary clinic.
