Dr. Jena has been our vet for several years now. Minnie and Biskit LOVE her as much as any pet can love a vet! She's very knowledgeable and provides professional as well as practical service. Don't pay attention to the review that states that Jeanette the Secretary is rude. Jeanette has a lot to juggle. I've not known her to ever be rude. She's always been more than helpful and very patient with the humans of Dr. Jena's patients. Dr. Jena could not operate Northshore Clinic without the services of Ms. Jeanette managing the day-to-day operations.

I have followed Dr.Jena everyplace she has worked. For about 14 years or more Now that she has her own place I would not take my furbabies anywhere but to her. And I love the staff. And that one star just lost out on the best care for their babies.

Dr. Jena has been my vet for 3 years. I have a 3 year old Yorkie named Georgia. I recently rescued a 3 yr.old male Yorkie from a puppy mill. Rocco had MAJOR health issues including frostbitten feet! I appreciate Dr. Jena for so many reasons, but most of all how compassionately she treated Rocco. She would always opt for the more conservative, less invasive solution. He has been thru so much trauma. After 4months he is happy, healthy, and very much loved by his mommie and sister Georgia Brown!

Dr. Brevard is compassionate and very skilled. Her staff is wonderful! Jeannette does the work of 5 people! She's not rude...she's busy...and she's good at what she does! Don't listen to the 1 star review. I have the greatest respect for Dr. Brevard and her staff and count them as friends. They are loving to all my furbabies and give them the best possible care!

Without a doubt, the best veterinary clinic i have been to from Seattle WA, to Asheville, NC and points in between. Love the staff. All of them.
