For the most part, this is an exceptional veterinary clinic. My male Bichon Frise had 30+ stones up and down his urinary bladder and urethra. They worked with me financially on the initial visit and diagnostics, as well as the surgery, which afforded myself some relief. He's on a special diet now to keep stones from forming and I can order and purchase directly from the vet. The prices are reasonable, too. I've been to vets who really try to profit from food sales but they do not. Thankfully. Something to keep in mind. Getting medical care for your pet is more difficult than for a human. Your pets can't talk and are more tolerant of pain. Also, many owners and vets alike would prefer to save costly diagnostic procedures/tests as a last resort. Opting to choose less costly procedures or treatments and seeing if improvements happen. It's a narrowing-down process. Human doctors do the same, but are better able to correctly diagnose and treat upon initial examination than animal doctors because of, obviously, communication barriers.
We take all of our pets there, and they treat them so well! They even sent us a welcome card! You feel like you know everyone personally, and they even remember us when we come in! All three of the dogs and the cat that we have taken there have come home healthy and happy afterwords! They are very knowledgeable, and have always treated the problem properly. Every time we go there I know my pets are in good hands. I would recommend them any day!!
i agree with the above reveiw. i took my kitten there and they misdiagnosed her...three times. it took over seven hundred dollars of going back and fourth with unneccesary diagnostics to get the problem fixed, then the problem came back later...my mother took her dog there to get fixed...they did a messy job on his fix, then his stitches came loose and she had to go back to get them fixed up again. they did not follow her directions when he stayed overnight after the operation. they are not a good veterinary clinic, even though they have good costomer service, they do what they want when you are not looking
