Every now and then I find lost dogs and contact the local animal hospitals in order to track down the owners. In this pursuit, most of the area hospitals have the technology and personality to accommodate my sometimes simple phone calls. Keith Street Animal Hospital, while possibly fully capable of searching their database, cannot conduct a search without the Rabies tag. Additionally their vocal transactions are oftentimes short and lack care. While I am a pet owner myself, I can understand how the neglect of receptionist quality/training does not advertise well for the business. The doctors at KSAC may be amazing and highly talented, but some people might not be able to get over the initial phone call. The only reason I am posting this is to improve the system at KSAC, hopefully they can be as helpful as ALL the other local vets have been.
