My Umbrella Cockatoo, Angel, was very sick and we didn't know why. She's only 18 years old, which is young for a parrot. Dr. Pope did all kinds of tests on her to try and find out what was wrong. We found out she has fatty liver, which can be reversed w/diet. I have NEVER known a vet to go to such lengths to help an animal. He even met me on a Sunday when Angel was sick, and she's doing fine now. Dr. Pope is the most compassionate and caring vet I've ever known. A HUGH THANK YOU to Dr. Pope ,and his great staff, for all they did!!

I've always had horrible vet experiences and was super anxious going in, even after reading great reviews. I cannot believe the exceptional service both my cats and I received. The staff was super welcoming and answered all questions. The space was clean and organized. Dr. Pope genuinely loves animals. You can just tell. He even showed us a little bird he had rescued that morning. My husband and I live in Midtown and drove to Collierville and Dr. Pope thanked us for coming out of our way a bit, twice! He honestly appreciates you. I have never been the best pet owner with keeping up with yearly shots, but I can guarantee you I will bring my two cats to every appointment they ever need here.

Dr. Pope is the best around. He's got many years experience and LOVES his patients. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. We are very picky about our two dachshunds and he takes the best care of them. The staff is also great. We live in Midtown and travel to see him. We had a dog with back trouble and Dr. Pope personally took our dog to his house so he could monitor her.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pope and his entire team! I inherited Dr. Pope when I inherited the class hedgehog and I am so glad I did. Not only did Dr. Pope take my pet home with him to administer treatments overnight, he called my personally that night to give me an update and has called me himself at least 4 times in the last week to discuss my hedgehog's condition. Dr. Pope communicates very clearly and honestly but with lots of empathy and understanding. The office staff all remembered my pet from his previous visits and seemed genuinely glad to see him this time.

I would not take my Pet to anyone else. Dr Pope is tops in his field. he is great with the animals and always treats them as if they were his own. .
