I am a fan of this clinic! Very attentive vet and staff. Not as expensive as other reviews made this place sound. Not a high-traffic clinic so we have never been left sitting in the lobby or waiting in line, which was one of my biggest complaints about another clinic. Everyone here seems highly focused on giving our pets (four dogs and two cats) the best care possible. Our visits have included a couple of emergencies and some routine check-ups. Dr. Paula seems compassionate but also plain-spoken, which is a good fit for us.

I love this animal hospital they treat my pet with good good care . So I thank them for what they do 😁

Probably a good vet, but not affordable to the average person.. My daughter took her dog for some shots and they said the dog needed a teeth cleaning and maybe pull 2 teeth. We made the appointment after being told the procedure was about $297 plus the cost of pulling 2 teeth. The day of the procedure the dog was dropped off to have the work done. About 2 hrs later my daughter received a fone call saying that the procedure would now cost $1000 dollars. I think that's more than nickel and diming someone. They should not have given the original fee of $297 plus pull 2 teeth after their initial exam. They are now charging 3X of what was expected by my daughter for the cleaning. There is something wrong with this picture. Dr. Paula may be a very good Dr. but maybe she needs to work in the Hollywood area not in small time Franklin where the average pet owner can't afford these prices.

I'm not sure what to think of this vet. On one hand, Dr. Paula is very personable and clearly knows her stuff, and I'm sure she cares a lot about the animals. The red flags I keep getting are that I am almost always advised to get some sort of expensive test done when I am there for one of my animals. Also, I am advised that pets need 2 dental cleanings a year and 2 physicals. I don't even have 2 physicals a year myself! Seems like overkill. I have been there about 5 times, and it always weirds me out that every time I have been the only customer in the whole office. The only one--every time. Where are the other customers? Is this office desperate for business so it gouges you? I don't know. Like I said, I have no doubt that Dr. Paula gives great care, I just feel like I am being nickeled and dimed. Currently looking for a new vet.

My two dogs received excellent care at Dr. Paula's office, but I almost passed out when we were ready to check out and they gave us the total for my two dogs to have routine checkups and vaccinations. I know vaccines are expensive, but I've never paid this much before for them anywhere!! I work as a nurse practitioner, and I don't make as much per patient as she makes per dog!! Geez! We've found a more reasonably priced vet to take care of our needs.
