First time visit to Williamson Co Animal Hospital, while in TN (Franklin area) for business. Vet -Dr Rader was very polite, patient and informative. Went above and beyond explaining some paperwork from another vets office. Didn't expect that, but much appreciated. Spent a lot of time with me and the pup, explaining all options for treatment now and in the future. This is a no appt./walk in office which Ive never experienced before. I lucked out with little to no wait time. I was surprised they didn't request paperwork reflecting pets vaccine or other history prior to exam, though, specifically rabies. Typically you cant even get your dogs nails trimmed anywhere without records. I brought my most current records anyway, and then shared with the doctor. The complex is large and so are the lobby and waiting areas. Very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't describe the front desk staff as personable (at least not with me), but those person(s) who checked me in and out for payment were both cordial and professional. I would recommend this office (and Dr. Rader) to all locals or any others passing thru, requiring medical assistance/treatment for their pet.

Went there today to get a check up for our yellow lab and get him updated on his shots. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. This is the first time that we have gone here and we will definitely be going back! Thank you all so much for keeping our sweet pup healthy!

Dr. Headrick, Reynolds (both of them) and Rader have been so wonderful to my furry family for the past 20 years. I could not ask for more attentive, loving care to be given to my animals. The vet techs and the office staff are always so friendly and are always willing to go out of their way to help and answer my questions. I will continue to be a lifelong client of WCAH and recommend them to anyone I can! Thank you all so much!!!

We recently moved here from Ohio and were in need of a vet. Our friends recommended them to us. They were so gracious and excepting of our situation with our cat! The doctor (who I cannot remember, I'm sorry) talked me through what to do with him and one of their vet techs ended up taking him. On another occasion, Dr. Barrett helped us out as well. Their entire staff is so knowledgeable and kind! Their thorough examination of our dog helped us get what need for her! Thank you so much!

I have been using Williamson County Animal Hospital for my two senior cats since the spring of 2012, and have always been very happy with them. Both of my cats particularly like Dr. Barrett, who I believe may BE a cat-whisperer!
