My husband and I recently got a new black Lab puppy and when trying to find a Vet close to home we thankfully came upon Goodlettsville Animal Hospital. They are the sweetest people, from the receptionist to the Veterinarians. Our dog has had all of her puppy shots and was spayed at this facility and we have nothing but great things to say! If you are looking for a safe, friendly environment for your pet(s), this is certainly a great choice!

I am not very impressed with this veterinary clinic. We took our Chihuahua in to be seen because he was experiencing bleeding, extreme weight loss, loss of appetite, and other issues. The vet that was on-call did not seem confident in the decisions she was making and after giving us high dosages of medication after putting medication in our pup we later found out that he was misdiagnosed and died from complications of the illness he had. I will no longer return to use this vet's services.

I had used Goodlettsville Animal Hospital for years for multiple pets and been satisfied with the service. However, what would be the last time I ever used Goodlettsville Animal Hospital was when I put them in the be boarded while on vacation. I returned from vacation, went and picked up my dogs. ( Chihuahua's ) When I dropped them off 2 1/2 weeks prior they were in top excellent health, very happy, no problems what so ever. The day I picked them up they were a mess. One was bleeding out the rectum. The other's eyes were swollen. The one who's eye's were swollen had to have eye surgery where some type chemical had caused, eat away, etc. a hole in his eye. Needing the surgery, follow up care, prescription meds. Thankfully the other dog that had been bleeding out the rectum recovered without expensive vet. care. The one that needed surgery due to the eyes finally recovered as well but only after $ 1800.00 plus in surgery, medications and follow up vet. care. Needless to say that I did find another vet who took care of all these problems, did the surgery, etc. I tried on numerous occasions to get the office manager at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital to return my call to which they did not. I called numerous times hoping to speak to the office manager and was told they were not available. I called again asking to speak to the medical director / head vet. and could not get anyone to address my concerns or return my calls. I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that my Chihuahua's were abused by someone at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital while being boarded there. I boarded my dogs there and paid top dollar in hopes that it being a vet. clinic that my dogs would get the best and safest care and attention. I had always used this vet for all my pets needs. I will NEVER use Goodlettsville Animal Hospital again and I will advise friends, family, or anyone else I run across to never use them either. p.s. Them never returning my calls to address my concerns says so much about how little they care about peoples pets.

Been coming here for years... we moved to Lebanon 3 years ago, but still travel back to Goodlettsville just to see Dr. Gross and Dr Manos... Both are fantastic and have great bedside manners...

I called around looking for a kennel with good rates that allows Sunday pickups. They were the best I could find and I was pleased when I actually used their services.
