Over all great people to talk to, the Vet was Great and the prices were very affordable.

We took in a feral kitten that was attacked by one of our dogs. He spent the night in the ER and went to Root for followup first thing after the ER closed. Even though they were working us in, never had seen us, and we had just shown up, they spent time with us like we were their only patient that day. They called and checked up and answered all of my 'stupid' questions with sincere and genuine care. They were careful to tell us the worst case scenario, best case scenario, and their honest opinion of what would happen. Absolutely wonderful experience. They were very sweet in staying within our budget without making us feel badly.
