Love this place! They are so friendly and down to earth but also so very professional. I can't imagine going to another vet in the area. Thank goodness they are open every day now!

We've been taking our dogs to Robinson's for years. I feel comfortable and confident in having them care for my furry family member.

i have always used Appalachian animal and they are 5 stars but i have a puppy who was sick and i was grateful Robinson was open on Sunday and i do like they are opened on weekends but my only problem is there are to many different people caring for your animal and i was getting different answers from different people and in the long run my puppy didn't make it which was not there fault but i did call just a few hours before he passed and they let me know he was doing better then dr. Robinson let me know he had passed but that was my only problem besides that im happy they tried to keep my puppy alive.

Robinson's is not a bad place but at the same time not the actual ideal place. I think they are so concerned with making the money to pay their staff that they lack the compassion that an animal hospital should have. And don't look for any "cutting slack" on the bill....every little thing definitely will be noted on the invoice....rest assured.
